The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for creating memorable family meals, to be enjoyed at the large farm table with comfortable chairs and built-in banquette for 8 loved ones. It’s stocked with everything you need to make your meal planning easier; storage containers, serving platters, stand mixer, standard coffee maker, Keurig K-cup coffee maker for both single serve and 8-cup pot, juicer, food processor/blender, among many other amenities. With quartz counters, a large farm sink and gas appliances, cooking will be a joy!
The adjacent family room has a big sofa sectional for relaxing or watching movies on the 48” flat screen smart TV with every cable channel you can imagine! And for those chilly coastal nights, light the gas fireplace and cuddle up for games, movies, and conversation. There are plenty of books, puzzles and board games to entertain the whole family. The main floor also features a beautiful, bright sunroom with a daybed and cozy chair for relaxing in the warmth of the sun.
The primary bedroom suite on the main floor features a pillow-top mattress and comfortable upholstered headboard, and an adjacent full bathroom. The blue tones of this room create the perfect calm for relaxing with a book or being lulled into a sound sleep.
Upstairs features a separate media room with a cozy sofa and another 48” flat panel smart TV for the kids… and two more bedrooms and bathrooms!
The upstairs bedroom suite also has a pillow-top mattress, plenty of drawers for storage and a private full bath. The third bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed with built-in drawers for storage; both beds feature pillow-top mattresses with an extra long double bed on the bottom and extra long twin on top. Kids and adults alike will love spending time in this whimsical kite-themed bedroom. The third bathroom is equally whimsical with fun orange striped walls!
The front porch is covered and has 4 comfy rocking chairs perfect for watching the world go by… visiting with neighbors or the many people walking their dogs or riding their bikes. It’s a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The back fully-fenced patio features Adirondack chairs perfect for basking in the warm sun and listening to echoing sounds of the gentle crashing of the waves on the beach. There’s also a wood burning fire pit for staying toasty warm on chilly nights and for roasting marshmallows! The gas grill is also out back.
