Experience the comfortable luxury of this beautiful beach home. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is ADA accessible, sleeps up to 6, has a large fully fenced patio area, gourmet kitchen, and WiFi. Located in the peaceful Four Sisters Village, on the beach side of Cape Kiwanda Drive, it's a 5 minute walk to the sand and the Nestucca River.

Walking into this home you will notice the high-end kitchen, vaulted ceilings, welcoming furniture in the living room, and a cozy gas fireplace. This home is perfect for relaxing with family and friends with it's fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the expanded seating at both the dining table and the kitchen island. On a warm coastal evening drift out into the privately fenced back patio and relax on the comfortable patio furnishings. Every corner has been thought out to perfection, come enjoy this magnificent beach house.

This home is pet, smoke and vape free.

Bedrooms: All the bedrooms feature plush beds and luxury bedding. There are three bedrooms; two are on the main floor and one is upstairs. The two downstairs guest bedrooms each feature queen size beds. The master suite is upstairs features a king size bed.

Bathrooms: There are 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bath is located within the Master Suite and includes a walk-in shower. Downstairs there is full bathroom with an ADA accessible shower located next to the two bedrooms. The half bath is located adjacent to the dining area. Bathrooms include hairdryers.

Internet Access: The house has a fast, reliable, and private wifi internet connection.

Laundry: Washer and Dryer are located in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen.

Entertainment: There are four Smart/Wifi enabled TV's in the house. One is in the living room, and one in each of the three bedrooms.

Beach Access: The house is located in Four Sisters Village which is on the beach side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. Take the paved trail located just around the corner from the house to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk) or drive to one of the many beach access points just minutes away.

Parking: There is parking for one car in the garage, one small car in the driveway.

ADA Accessibility: We have a concrete ramp that leads from the driveway/sidewalk in front of the house directly into the main floor. The main floor has wide hallways , a roomy kitchen and an accessible full-bath including shower.
