No smoking in the house, on the deck, or in the backyard. Must be 15ft away.

Please be mindful, the neighbor next door has a medical condition is highly sensitive to smoke.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

The ID verifications they wanted were a little quirky, but the property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Just about everything we could have needed was there. We were able to whale watch from the living room too. I got the feeling that the neighbors are not too happy to have a short term rental in their midst, but if you are quiet and respectful (as we were), there shouldn't be an issue. We were a little disappointed we could not pull into the garage to keep the car out of the sea spray, but at least that tells you how close the water is! Overall, a very nice place to stay, and the management was extremely responsive and nice, answering any text or email literally within minutes. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Lots of issues. Garage doorbroke as i was packing. Balcony a mess. No chairs to sit. Horrible back yard. No maintenance. Direct tv did not work half way through trip. No directions. Horrible checkin process. Totally not worth money! Pier is full of blood and guts from fisherman. False advertised!

General Maintenance

There is a lot of general maintenance that needs to be done...maintenance you would expect to be do e for the cost. Garage door broke after 1st day. I emailed you about it and never heard a word. The balcony door didn't lock all the way. The back yard gate was almost impossible to open (hinges rusted, no handle, etc). The one bathroom has a cracked tile and rhe floor "pops" when you step in that area. Lots of painting and exterior maintenace needs to be done. Poorly maintained overall.

Lovely Place - Great View

We had a great time at this lovely place. Close to local shopping with a great view of the ocean. Hiking was a bonus to the top of the local mountain. Hosts were very responsive and communicated excellent. When you are in the area this is a great place to stay. Had everything we needed and then some. Book this place and you will create some great memories like we did with our family.

Great location, would pay more money to avoid dealing with them

China based conglomerate which owns these properties. Checking in was a bit of a nightmare and I had to get VRBO involved. I got an email at 4am the day of my trip telling me they can't check me in, then communicating with their off-shore team with 90 minute gaps between messages proved to be an difficult task. Uploaded IDs, credit card, selfies, passports and 17 more photos. They still couldn't get me logged in, only after VRBO threatened to refund me did they jump in and help.

Pacifica Trip

We had a fabulous time visiting our daughter and her husband in Pacifica. The house was the perfect place for all of us to stay for Christmas. The kitchen is fabulous, bedrooms are spacious and the view is amazing.

Biz Trip

Marbella land worked well for our needs. We were in town for a series of events and this location proved to be a nice fit for us. Stormy week but being waterfront was cool:) Communication with host was great.

The place was clean, nice to be beachfront - there were anti Vacation rental signs on both sides of the driveway. It felt a little unwelcoming we are business travelers and are respectful of neighbors.

Beautiful Pacifica Beach Location

A clean and well equipped house with a beautiful view of the ocean. However the lounge was not very comfortable as there was not enough sofa room for five of us. The other occasional chairs in the lounge were very uncomfortable. The bar stools were great for seeing above the frosted balcony to watch the whales by the pier which we loved! The kitchen was very good. The dining table and chairs were great. Check in was terrible and only just about got completed as we drove up to the house. All the bathrooms smelt very strongly of weed which we thought was coming up the vents in the floor. The downstairs bedroom, bathroom and closet felt quite damp. The upstairs en-suite at the end of the top floor had nowhere to hang towels to dry and no surface to put toiletries on which was annoying. The bed in the adjoining room to this was very comfortable. We had to pay a $45 non returnable fee because ‘things get broken’. We did not break anything and if you’re going to charge this then use it to replace things like the rug in the lounge, which had a huge hole in it when we got there. This was very disappointing. Going in and out through the garage was weird, very noisy and set the dogs next door off barking. A nice house but it’s very obvious it is owned by a corporate enterprise as it’s not very homely and comfortable. The signs around the drive were not very welcoming. We did enjoy our stay but thought it was an overpriced rental with much that could be improved,described above.

Great Location

We enjoyed five great nights on Beach Boulevard. The location was fabulous and we enjoyed the ocean sounds and whale watching. It’s an easy drive to all the SF sites, but was nice to enjoy the quiet of Pacifica. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is the anti-STR vibe in Pacifica. The city obviously hasn’t managed it and the residents are rightfully upset. Hopefully they can come to a resolution.
