The space
This custom built 3bd/2bath Tuscan, Mediterranean style home, is in the quiet canyon neighborhood of Rockaway Beach, Pacifica. This house gives you the feeling no other will with it's beautiful natural light glowing throughout house, warm plaster walls, and radiant heat floors. On the first floor, you will find an open floor plan, which combines the kitchen, dining, and living area with balcony to enjoy views of street/neighborhood.

Adjacent to the kitchen area are two of the bedrooms, both with queen beds and offer plenty of natural light. Nearby, you will find a full bath with claw foot tub with rain shower head and washer/dryer area.

Upstairs is the master suite with on-suite bath, double rain shower heads, double sinks, queen-size bed, and beautiful private balcony with relaxing sitting area.

On the opposite side of the master bedroom, you will find a quaint family room which opens up to a terraced split level backyard, hot outdoor shower, lower patio and upper deck, canyon/hillside views.

Short walk to public transportation! Walking distance to beach, local shops, eateries, and family entertainment (bowling). There are endless ways to enjoy this special coastline from SF to Silicon Valley and down the coast to Half Moon Bay and Pescadero. There is a wide range of adventures and activities at your fingertips; from horseback riding, hiking, biking, surfing, tide pools, elephant seals (Ano Nuevo State Park) and just down the street even bowling! Pacifica is a unique and eclectic Northern California beach town, perfectly located 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco and 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.

A short drive away is Starbucks coffee and Safeway supermarket.

Getting around
Walking distance to Sam Trans and a 10 minute ride to the Colma/Daly City BART station which connects you to a majority of the bay area. Uber and Lyft are also an option.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

I stayed here a few years ago, so when my family planned a reunion at a nearby park I immediately booked this property for me and three of my sisters. We are all seniors, with me being the youngest at 60. There are several stairs that we had to climb to get to the front door, but there is a very sturdy railing. My 86 year old sister had no problems getting up and down the stairs. The home was perfect for us! It was clean, well-stocked, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The check in and check out was very easy, and the owner responded right away to email inquiries. Pets are also welcome, which is a plus!

Amazing place, amazing area

If you are looking for a place that is quiet with convenient access to the coast, this is it. Simply put it is everything in the listing and more. It is nicely laid out inside with lots of interesting nooks that are perfect for reading and relaxing. The kitchen is great for everything from simple prep to full entertaining. The nights are cool and quiet - so great sleeping after a day of adventures in the Bay Area. It is also very convenient to SFO airport and the BART.

Wonderful Space to Enjoy the Area

My husband and I spent a wonderful long weekend with our two children and puppy in this wonderful tuscan-style villa. The outdoor patios and backyard space gave us places to enjoy when the sun was out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for all. We especially appreciated the gates at top and bottom of the stairs for containing the puppy. Location is perfect for a long walk to Rockaway Beach and even longer to Taco Bell at the beach.

Great place!

Plenty of room for five people and two dogs. House was very clean and easy to find. The house had everything we needed. Great location to hop on highway 1 to hit up Half Moon Bay and many beaches in between. I would stay here again.

Great location and home!

We took my daughters (19 and 18) on a trip to San Francisco and this was the perfect location for us. We were out of the city, but close enough to everything we wanted to see. The home was perfect. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space. The decor is beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! Lovely home

Our family of three and dog are local to the bay area but decided to have a staycation close to the beach so my husband can do some fishing and visit family nearby. What a great find! This VRBO is very clean, located walking distance to the beach and had just want what we needed. well decorated, private and clean. Lots of indoor space to spread out and the patio spaces were a big plus. Enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and our dog enjoyed the walks. Worked a bit and WIFI was great w/o any issues. Celina was very easy to communicate with for the booking details. Smooth check in. Would recommend her home hands down. Thank you

4 Day Business Trip

The house was nice and spacious, and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Internet had difficulty supporting 2 laptops and it was worse upstairs which made working difficult. The description mentions that there is an apartment under that house, but actually there is also a garage so there is a lot of stairs to climb to get to the door. A heads up that you may not have cell service in the directions would have been appreciated so we could have been more prepared. We had to drive back down the road so we could access the email with the lock box key code. If internet was improved and we didn't have anyone in our party with bad knees we would stay again!

Beautiful home and awesome location!

The house was exactly as described! It was nice and quiet - and perfect for what we were looking for! We had lots of space and an amazing kitchen to cook and celebrate our birthdays! The location is perfect! We went into Daly City to get a few things that we needed and we spent the day on Saturday at Half Moon Bay - enjoyed a nice lunch and some shopping. Great time

We were only there two nights but used every minute of the trip for sighting. Lots of interesting sights/bluff walks between Half Moon Bay and Pacifica. The house is less than 20 minutes from SFO. Their cleaning help threw out the coffee maker basket but Celina got us one in no time at all. The sink in the downstairs bathroom was basically blocked and since it was a Sunday we managed to work around it for one morning. Nice place and place to stay and would recommend stay again.

Perfect Family Home

We absolutely loved the layout for our family of 5. The master suite upstairs is wonderful and the kids had the downstairs. The games and books were a nice touch as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting out and about while enjoying some relaxation as well away from the city! No place better!

Love this property - if you’re planning a stay in the Bay Area that is super convenient to San Francisco and surrounding areas, and want quiet, this is the place. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk from the ocean and you can hear a pin drop at night. It was so relaxing and wonderful and despite the houses being close to each other, there was plenty of privacy and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Loved having coffee every morning and just hanging outside in the cool air. Beds are super comfortable and linens are soft and comfortable. Everything worked well and you can tell this place is well cared for, well appointed, and decorated in detail to make it feel like home. Although we like trying different places when we travel, we might just be back to this one!
