The apartment is intended for quiet stays—parties or events are not permitted. Music is allowed inside only at room volume; no music is allowed outside. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Please cover the whirlpool after use to maintain temperature and water quality. Separate pool rules apply (e.g., shower before use, no oils or care products in the water). No glass objects are allowed outside or in the whirlpool. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Additional house rules apply with booking.
