Located on the sought-after Ocean Blue gated community, meters from the golden sands of Treyarnon Bay, this stylish and comfortable duplex apartment is a welcoming base for your Cornish holiday. The bright and inviting interiors echo the colours of the sea and sky, showcased through the large French doors, whilst contemporary fittings ensure that you have all you need to relax, unwind and enjoy your well-deserved family break. The Pendarves not only enjoys the location so close to the beach, but also looks out over the water, with the most beautiful views from the living area and master bedroom, and also from the balcony where you can listen to the waves and watch a breath taking sunset.

INSIDE SPACE...
The lower floor of The Pendarves is all about relaxing and enjoying the view of the bay. The open plan living and dining area has large French doors that open out on to a stunning balcony and fill the whole room with light. A modern fitted kitchen sits at the rear of the room, ensuring no one is left out of the family fun, even if they are cooking up a storm! This floor is home to a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath, perfect for a hose down after the beach.
Follow the staircase up to the second floor, where you find two charming bedrooms. The master sits at the front of the house, with an ensuite shower room. Sit up in bed with your morning coffee and enjoy views out to the ocean and beyond, and sleep with the windows wide open to hear the Atlantic waves crashing against the cliffs. The cosy twin room is at the rear of the property and houses two single beds tucked under the eaves, a perfect den for the kids!!
