On check in the male worker was rude and unprofessional not inviting and greetful to my husband. He asked him if we had pets and he said 2 dogs in the RV. Later the male worker stopped me and asked me about our pets and I told him again they are in the RV. He said multiple times pets are not allowed and would not stop almost to the point of accusing me of bringing them in. I told him I knew pets were not allowed bc I search the website. He said people sneak them in. I said search me they are in the RV. My husband told him this is our 3 rd year to stay here and we always loved it and he needed to be nicer. He got mad and said there are cameras and I’ll call the sheriff. It was an unprofessional experience. We dove 12 hrs and just wanted to check in and go to bed. We will not be back to stay here only bc of his actions.
