Downtown newly remodeled Loft with all new furnishings, Smart TV, full kitchen. Walk to the hot springs, restaurant, and coffee shop next door. Walk to breweries and near the San Juan River. 25 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. This property is upstairs with private parking behind the unit.

Perfect Pace to Stay and See The Sights!

If you are looking for space and all the niceties of home close to sight-seeing, this is the place to stay! Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out with a kitchen and all the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a meal. If cooking on vacation isn't your thing, SO many restaurants in the area with various price ranges to suit your needs. Highly recommend traveling to Mesa Verde National Park (about 1 1/2 hours away) and stop on the way in Durango. If you leave MVNP and have a little extra time, drive a bit further and see the Four Corners National Monument. It is a great place to take a family picture standing on four states at the same time! Also lots of Native American handmade jewelry and artwork available for sale. If you wish to check out the hot springs, there is Nathan's Hippy Dippy Hot Springs which is free and very clean and about a 3 minute walk from your door. There are several 'pools' with varying levels of temperatures. Plan to get there early and find a pool temp that's just right for your family. Highly recommend this loft apartment in Pagosa Springs.

Beautiful, cozy apartment

I had a great time here. Walking distance from the Hot Springs resort, bakery, hiking trails, and more. Would definitely stay again.Very minor nitpick: the light bulbs in the ceiling lights are very harsh, daylight bulbs. Replacing them with 2700-3500K lights would enhance the space tremendously.

Great Downtown Location

Loft was very clean,quiet and located behind Mountain Pizza. You could walk to everything downtown. The owner was very quick to respond and handle our last minute booking even though VRBO was giving us issues. The mattresses are very firm but we like that. The only issue was the TV as it was difficult to navigate but we didn’t really need it. Would definitely recommend the Loft for anyone wanting to enjoy any downtown activities.

Great Spot in a Fantastic Location

We were lucky enough to be able to book this spot the day before our arrival (we are last minute travelers). It couldn't have been more perfect for our family of 3. It was very clean and no clutter in sight. Communication with the host was excellent. He is very friendly and responsive. The location was amazing! We were able to walk to meals, bars and shopping. Wolf Creek is about 20-25 minutes away so super quick for a day of skiing. Also, this is not in the listing, but there IS a washer. I think it just says dryer in the listing. A couple of things to note: *If you like to cook, there are pots/pans, cooking utensils and knives. There were no mixing bowls so we used pots to mix. Basically, it's equipped but for basic cooking. *If you are driving or have room in your suitcase, bring extra towels/bathrobe for the hot springs. There are towels there, but just enough for bathing. Overall, we highly recommend this spot!

Two hunters here for 1st Rifle Season. This place is just as advertised and great location! In-town enough to walk to restaurants and bars, but on the west side for quick access to the national forest and Wolf Creek!!

Great weekend away!

Our family had a great weekend away and the location is fantastic. We were able to walk to the color run, balloons, walk to the hot springs and everything in town. The apartment is right above the pizza place with live outdoor music every night. While we loved hearing the music I imagine some may not. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the microwave but everything seemed stocked and clean. Parking was amazing and we never moved the car. Jacque allowed us to keep the car parked after check out so we didn’t have to worry about parking in town on Sunday. The only suggestion for improvement from us is the apartment could use some new fluffy pillows. It was a great weekend! Thank you!

Great location! Short walk to hot springs resort and San Juan river (Riverwalk trail). The loft was very clean and in great condition. Lots of space to spread out. I like to cook rather than eat at restaurants all the time, and found everything I needed to prepare and eat meals. Beds were good, lots of extra pillows/blankets and plenty of comfy seating in the living room area with large TV to relax at night with the fam. Washer/dryer as well if you need to do laundry on vacation (I hope not!). Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!
