So cool! Includes slippers and robes, a fire pit with a hammock on the patio. Nice drip coffee provided to make yourself while you enjoy the view. Heater/AC works great. Just an overall cool experience we will definitely do again.

We really enjoyed staying in something different. The whole experience was amazing. Unfortunately it rained during our stay and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors amenities. A TV would have been nice.

The property overall is a great idea but there are several downfalls. I agree with previous reviews on lots of things. Cons- We could not see water for the “creek.” There was a large tapped patch job on the clear/view portion. The information booklet on the table had some crusty stuff on 2 different pages. Bathroom- Our towels and bedding had large stains on them. The water got all over the floor because of no shower curtain and then the shower hooks were on the wall across from the shower. The bathroom towels were on the rack by the front door. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper, out of the packaging, just sitting on an orange rag on the floor. A cabinet of some sort would have really helped since there was no counter space. There was something ran down the wall behind the bathroom door, once you closed it. Bedroom- There was cobwebs coming from the a/c unit and something has leaked from it and run down the unit and onto wall. The bed was somewhat comfortable but it is so noisy because of the road traffic..all..night..long! I did not sleep well at all. Kitchen- the dish soap bottle had lots of built up/dried blue soap on it. Don’t turn on the faucet full blast or you will get a second shower. There was some blue substance in the freezer. The little information booklet had dried food?? on 2 of the pages. Pro- the view from the bed was great. We saw a little family of deer in the sunset and saw hot air balloons in the morning. The outdoor fire pit was nice.

The room was not that clean. There is a river around the property that is being worked on with excavators, impossible to sleep in the morning. In the evening when I was grilling we ran out of gas

Why we won’t return…

-Asked ro stay in dome near our friends. No reply and were placed 10 domes apart. -domes are 100 feet from main highway. Noise all day/night long. -River behind domes was empty. Noisy work being so e each day moving rock in river by large equipment. -WiFi was poor. Asked for assistance, no reply. -asked to check in 15 minutes early. Dome was ready and clean but no response to request to enter early. -Better options available in Pagosa Springs.

All the amenities were great. The cutest little place. Bed was comfy. Check-in was a little crappy. Keypad wasn't working in the rain. ( Could of been user error) We were woken up by heavy machinery at 7:30 with them moving boulders by the river. Overall great place minus the few hiccups.

This was pretty disappointing first off very very close to the street secondly the door was a little unstable kind of hard to open there is absolutely no service nearby everything is via text and it's all automated there was a literal hole in our window or whatever the Dome is made of that I could stick three fingers through and it was taped up not very well there were boot marks in the bathroom there was no curtain in the shower and there was no body soap in the body soap container it was completely empty

Great idea just poorly executed, a/c not enough to keep up so area is as hot inside as the outside, the view was not represented as the picture showed, the fire pit is not wood it’s gas, grill was filthy not cleaned in awhile, not worth the $250 a night to stay

Very nice and clean property, everything was thought of, road noise did not bother us, but there was several options for people with issues with noise. Loved the features and amenities. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio with the fire pit and having the electric fireplace inside for the cool evening,
