Very clean and tidy. Close to shops and beach. Loved that the outdoor pool was heated and at a reasonable temperature. Spa was also very good. Kitchen was a little small but perfect for for making drinks and breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay there.

Clean room for a quick stopover. Room was indicated to be small which is was but ut was big enough for a short stay. Place was tired and in need of an update, but this is reflected in the price. Dishwashing cloth and liquid were in the room but there was no kitchen sink. It is inappropriate to wash food items in a handbasin. Given its location in Waitangi some consideration of Maori cultural tikanga (separattioitn of food and bathroom activities ) would be good. Suggest tthey add a plastic bowl for this use.

Needs to be freshened up!

The hotel manager was extremely helpful and lovely! We came here with our family. To be honest, this place hasnt faired well over covid - its looking a bit tired and in need in some investment to freshen the rooms up. The kids loved the pool

Unfortunately this is a motel we will not be back to. The bathroom had no towel rails but bare holes in the wall where a towel rail once was. The toilet seat was all for whatever reason scratched up. The road noise was a significant issue for us and despite being booked in for two nights we checked out after one night. No refund was afforded despite our request and the issues we encountered. We booked into a similarity priced motel with twice the quality within the hour.
