This home offers a hot tub & golf cart, ping pong, darts and pet friendly. There are 2 queen beds on the main level and a large king master upstairs. Located just .8 miles from a dog friendly beach which offers paddle boards, kayaks for rent and enjoy a beach fire until 11 pm. The pier is a great fishing spot with a boat launch. Fairport Harbor is a beautiful harbor town located on Lake Erie at the mouth of the Grand River.

This 3-bedroom, 1,200 sq ft cottage is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. With two spacious living areas, a dedicated game room with pool table, ping pong, darts, and a smart TV, there’s room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably, with cozy bedrooms featuring high-end linens, soft 800-thread-count sheets, and Tommy Bahama bedding.
The dining table is perfect for family meals or game night.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen has everything from cookware to a coffee maker and even a gas grill right outside.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

THERE IS A $100 PET FEE PER STAY. WE LOVE FLUFFERS. WE THINK THEY SHOULD VACAY WITH THE FAMILY TOO. WE LIMIT 1 PET PER STAY UNLESS APPROVED IN ADVANCE.

Early Check-In Available based off occupancy, for a fee. Late check out will be charged $100/hr without prior host approval. Extra OVERNIGHT Guests that are not included in the original agreed upon booking guest count may result in a $50/day fee.

Smoking in the house will have an additional fee of $200 charged.
