The detached holiday home built in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, dog kennel and courtyard.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property. the last 500 m gravel road
