Charming recently renovated apartment in the heart of the Kalsa district.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a renovated building accessible by stairs, opens onto the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and an open kitchen equipped with a kettle, a microwave and a balcony.
The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a desk. A relaxation area with sofa, balcony and a bathroom with shower completes the layout.
