I have to say that I was super impressed with the host. Since we were unable to check in at a designated time, all due to the fact that all of our trains were delayed, and we were running very late in the afternoon, evening. The host was very accommodating, explained everything to my wife, and I and we really appreciated all the extra help. The rooms were amazing, very clean, very contemporary styled. It was great to see the way that they modernized the space, when everything around it was so beautiful and historic. I forgot to mention, the host met us at the space, showed us where to go and park our vehicle, and also took the time to show us into the space. To me that was the best Customer Service that you could ever receive! I would highly recommend this space again, to anyone that’s traveling, especially from out of the country. They definitely went above and beyond what they had to. Thank you for a great experience!! Sincerely, V Marraffa
