Leider wurden wir in einem Hotel untergebracht das wir nicht gebucht haben. Auch andere Gäste hatten diese Erfahrung. Die Dependance wurde nicht sichtbar Angekündigt. Anstelle 4 Sterne Hitel haben wir in einer 1 Sterne Unterkunft ohne Reception, Pool und Balkon gelebt.

Prima verblijf gehad in Palermo.

De foto's laten het gebouw in de zee zien, maar het hotel is aan de overkant van de straat en ziet er toch wel heel anders uit. Hier en daar wat vervallen (de tuin) maar de ontvangst is goed en de kamers fijn. Ook het ontbijt is prima in dit hotel. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen toen wij er waren, maar ik vraag me wel af hoe dat geregeld is als het hotel is volgeboekt. Om de hoek een leuk restaurantje waar je lekker kunt eten.

OK hotel men ha inte för stora förväntningar.

Vi var på ett bröllop i Palermo i december och bestämde oss för att bo här. När vi bokade var jag lite överraskad över det relativt låga betyget, hotellet har trots allt 4 stjärnor och bilderna såg bra ut. Även om det inte är något direkt fel på hotellet så är bilderna lite bättre än verkligheten. Hotellet kändes lite nergånget och når inte upp till 4 stjärnor enligt mig. Mondello är säkert charmigt på sommaren, men i december är det öde och det finns inte mycket till utbud. Att det var lågsäsong påverkar säkert vår upplevelse. Kanske bättre på sommaren!

Great service, but the hotel is a bit old

My stay has been excellent. The staff members were friendly, great sea view, and it is very close to everything. Then again, Mondello is not very big. The room is lacking amenities though. For example, there is no hot water kettle in the room. But overall, I think this hotel still gives a good value for money.

I did not like anything about this property. The carpet was dirty, the king size bed was made up of two single beds and it was uncomfortable, the shower was too small, and the toilet paper did not have a place to be hung. I think you should refund my money.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Auch wenn das Hotel schon bessere Tage gesehen hat. Wenn man aber den Meersblick genießen kann, stört auch abblätternder Lack und Putz nicht. Pool und Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Das kontinentale Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl, den in dem Automaten angebotenen Orangensaft haben wir in unserer Woche nicht einmal gehabt. Es fehlte Informations-Material zu möglichen Exkursionen an der Rezeption. Wir bekamen jeden Tag neue in Folie verpackte Plastikbecher für Getränke und zum Zähneputzen. Gläser hätten wir besser gefunden.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da. Das erste Mal vor 2 Jahren. Mittlerweile wurde der Poolbereich sowie die Gartenanlage saniert. Das ist sehr positiv, jetzt liegt man gern auch am Pool. Wir freuen uns, dass im Hotel Hunde erlaubt sind, da wir immer mit unserem Dackel reisen. Wir mögen das Hotel sehr und kommen gern zurück.
