Comfy bed, good breakfast

Check-in was easy and staff pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good too. The only drawback was a strange odor in the living room part of the suite, but we closed the door and the bedroom was fine.

This location is close to family in the area and that is why I selected this property. The rooms are showing signs of aging. The carpets are old and could use cleaning or replacing. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature in the room. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly and accommodating. It's also nice that this location offers cookies in the evening for their guests. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Good service but horrible night stay

This was the absolute worst night stay at a hotel. The air conditioner was broke in our room and they were sold out so we could not get another room. They were accommodating with bringing us fans that made it bearable to sleep for the one night. The front desk guy was very helpful as well as the manager the next morning. My whole issue with this was that they already knew the air was broke in this room. I booked this room a good 6 weeks out, so I should not have been given the broke air room, no one should. It should have been considered sold out to others before we arrived that evening.

Personal was kind, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The parking space outstanding. My only concern is the property out of date. The furniture, bathroom and lobby space it feel old. Kindly suggest to renovate to something modern, it’s a growing community and need to be more pleasant to the eyes.

The area around the hotel is nice because you have stores and restaurants. The Quality Inn itself is unfortunately outdated and old. When I walked into the room it smelled like old mold. There was a dead roach in the middle of the room on the carpet. The a/c unit wasn’t functioning properly. I couldn’t change rooms so I had to ask for a fan.
