Wake up to stunning views of Holes 2 & 3 of the Champion Course and enjoy front-row seats from your screened-in lanai, the absolute perfect spot for dining, relaxing, or watching the Cognizant Classic in action.

Inside, the unit is flooded with natural light and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The spacious living room, dedicated dining area, and bar seating at the kitchen provide plenty of room for everyone to gather. The modern, fully stocked kitchen features everything you need to cook at home, and in-unit laundry adds convenience for longer stays.

The large primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed and gorgeous newly updated ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king bed- please just ask in advance), and the couch in living room pulls out to sleep an additional 2 guests. There is a full hall bath, and we comfortably sleep 6 guests. Privacy curtains are installed on all windows for restful nights.
