Really nice place in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff was kind, the room was immaculate, and the snacks/drinks were really nice to have. My only complaint is that the shower took a while to get warm. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Sorry - 1 star. Upon check in - (before 8pm) no one will be there to assist you, and a fellow traveler could not get a hold of Jenna, he showed me his phone with 8 calls unanswered. Breakfast means a Nutri-Grain bar, for which no one will be in the reception area either during your departure unless its after 9:30 I think. Room was frezzing cold, and heat didnt work. Worse thing...no hot water. This was the worst stay I've ever had on Hotels.com

Great spot in an excellent location. Tati at the front desk went the extra length answering my many questions about PB and it's offerings.. PBHI is not your typical hotel, but it is perfect for the casual visitor.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. This is a historic inn, so the closet and bathroom was a little smaller than usual, but the single rooms were of good size. The suites had more room. The building is old but well renovated and comfortable. They have great air conditioning, adequate water pressure, and good amenities. They have thought of everything! And it’s just a short walk to the beach!

Would recommend the parking pass as parking around hotel is a bit tight...perfect location...close to everything on island...for the price and location cannot beat it
