This is a very nice little hotel - rooms are sizeable, nice patios, well decorated and maintained. It’s close to the beach and the beach service was attentive and well set up. They got many of the small things right - waters on hand at valet, notifying beach service when en route, etc. Unfortunately mishandled our check in; room was not ready until 5pm and desk attendant mismanaged situation. The shower temperature was also finicky - could’ve been our room only but very hard to get a nice temperature.

I was thoroughly impressed from check in to check out. Property is impeccable appointed. Room was spacious and gorgeous. Love the Slim Aaron’s prints throughout. Beautiful bar. What impressed me the most about my stay is the excellent staff they have on this property. Superbly helpful and attentive. My wife absolutely loved the design and details of this hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the sound from the lobby/restaurant travels into the room, especially having a room close to the front. Aside from that, this is a great place to stay.

Great centrally located property with very gracious staff and clean updated rooms One suggestion is to have a hot coffee/water station in the lobby for clients to serve themselves There were 5 People waiting for a hostess to go back into the kitchen and make cups of coffee for us thus delaying speed and elongating wait time so not efficient at all

The hotel was newly renovated top to bottom and gorgeous - lots of little details incorporated into the design. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was the pool, a smaller area, felt more like a day care than resort pool. There were more babies and small kids there than adults and the screaming, splashing, and bathroom accidents on the pool deck prevented us from really relaxing or being able to even use the pool. I think management will need to do something to address this issue or risk anyone traveling without kids choosing to stay elsewhere.

Very very impressive stay. Accommodations were top notch and the overall feel was very inviting but high end. Attentive staff were happy to go above and beyond when asked. Don’t hesitate to book, very close to the beach and they have a beach attendant there everyday.
