Awesome Place

Lovely stay over Easter weekend. The propert was great located in a quite neighborhood. Plenty of parking for both our vehicles. The outdoor area out back was very relaxing with plenty of seating in the sun or shade. I would definitely stay here again.

Event at the yacht club.

Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. Our entry instructions were easy peasy. The house is well suited for a family with children. My husband enjoyed a kayak ride thru the canal. The house is 15minutes from the yacht club, so it worked out perfect for the event we were attending. The house was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay would stay here again.

Relaxing!

The house was clean and comfortable. Very quiet area! Brought a 22 foot boat, be aware that the road to the house is 1 lane with a swampy canal on one side. You really have to leave the truck and trailer at the local launch. It is nearly impossible to get it into the driveway. However, the launch was close by and not very crowded. Dock was great and the backyard is an amazing place to sit and relax with friends and family. Will definitely try to come back soon!

Bright, open, palmy, enjoyable

The space was open, uncluttered, full of light and looked out onto a peaceful palmy scene with places in the Florida room and outdoors under the Tiki hut to relax. I counted 4 televisions, but we only used the very large television in the main room which was ultra-high resolution, able to provide sharp graphics when we used it as a monitor for our computer (a working vacation). There is a pleasant park nearby and there are sidewalks along the main arteries allowing you to safely walk for miles. The neighbors are friendly and conversive, but mostly keep to themselves. The owner/manager is friendly, available, and responsive. When the internet went out, he got the company out that day. He asks if we need anything and asks how he could improve our experience. The hot water line loses most of its heat by the time it gets to the back shower, surely only an issue in winter. The air conditioner switches on loudly with the sturdy walls unable to absorb the sound, only an issue at night. The neighborhood maintenance crews are busy most days, only an issue while writing a book outside. Palm City has neighborhoods built around canals lined with palms and bungalows and large houses with Florida rooms, well-maintained roads and landscapes, boats neatly docked, lizards sneaking and birds flying. January weather wasn't cold nor not, too dry or too wet. The Floridians were friendly and genuine. Essentials and pleasantries were close and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Owner

What a lovely property! Right on the water with breathtaking sunrises and starry evenings on the dock. The house has been tastefully updated and had all amenities for our 10 day stay. The location was perfect...very peaceful and Chris was the consummate host with suggestions and recommendations for everything from dinners to fishing excursions. We will most certainly stay again!
