This 1 bedroom attached casita has a private entrance. It is part of the main house on the property. This is an older home, no high tech just a clean and happy space with essentials. There is a seating area designated for quests in the backyard with a small barbeque grill. A dog and cat on the property have access to all parts of the fenced in yard so you might cross paths with these friendly animals . A small pet under 30 lbs is also welcome. There is no additional pet fee. In addition there is no cleaning fee . This quiet and peaceful property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable and supportive memory foam queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and an additional living room space with loveseat and oversize chair. Mini fridge, microwave and electric kettle for heating water provided. Starbucks coffee and tea provided. There is a t.v. in the unit with Roku channels and Netflix. Smoking is allowed outside. 420 friendly. Enjoy the serene surroundings with majestic mountain views and take advantage of amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a heated well maintained COMMUNITY swimming pool (not a private pool), jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
