The unit is clean, good appliances, comfortable beds, ample patio furniture, great barbeque, and in a beautiful quiet setting. The couch is old, and if you want to sit there and read a book you can't. There is no light and no side table for your coffee cup. No cleaning supplies for inside the house (other than a vacuum) but a broom for the patio.
