Cool Modern Pool & Spa, 2 Bedroom + Private Den House.

Two master bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, plus the extra private den with queen bed. Allowed occupancy is limited to 4 adults with 2 children.
Contemporary modern house with a mid-century vibe minute away from downtown built in 2001 with walls of glass, kidney shaped saltwater swimming pool and spa. With 1,672 square feet of living space, this house is perfect for couples or families who want their own space.

The main living space is a glass box that separates the entry courtyard from the swimming pool deck, with sliding glass doors on both sides that open up to allow for the natural desert breeze to cool things off. This space is basically a great room, with the living room, dining area and open kitchen with breakfast bar making for the perfect hang out space. The view to the pool deck is perfect from here. With all the doors open, it’s really an indoor-outdoor scene.

Speaking of outdoor scene, this house is ready, with its retro style pool and built-in spa, plenty of lounge seating, in and out of the sun, a barbecue grill and some nice views of the palms drifting in the desert breeze.

As for sleeping arrangements, the first master bedroom is to the left of the front door, and offers a king size bed, HDTV, vanity with dual sinks, large glassed-in shower and big walk-in closet. There is also a sliding door out to the entry courtyard with direct access to the street and the 2-car garage.

At the other end of the house is the second master bedroom, with a king size bed, HDTV and large walk-in closet. This bedroom has a door directly into the hall guest bathroom with tub shower, so this bathroom can double as a powder room for guests.

The den is just inside the front door with a queen size bed. There are privacy sliding door separating this room. Adjacent to kitchen is the laundry room, with a door out to the rear yard.

• If you choose to heat the 11' x 22' pool with a 5' deep end, it will be heated up for your arrival. During winter pool heating runs $50/day, in spring and fall $35/day. Best if you decide before your arrival as it takes a day to get it up to the temperature.

This house is perfect- beautiful, clean, spacious. 4 of us shared the home. Girls trip! We wondered if the pool water would be too warm, but it was refreshing (being here in mid-July).We felt safe; it was very quiet & we enjoyed our stay so much. First time to Palm Springs. Owner responded quickly to any questions & had the home well stocked with anything we would need. If we get the opportunity to go back, I’d love to stay at this property.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an excellent stay at this property. So very convenient from the airport (2.5 miles) and the downtown restaurants and nightlife (2 miles). Property was GREAT for 2 couples with two separate suites at opposite ends of home divided by living room and kitchen. Lots of light, big glass doors opening onto outdoor spaces, very private and quiet. Quiet residential neighborhood with shopping (grocery/gas/etc.) close by. House was well furnished, lots of "little extras" like dozens of pool towels and toys. LOVED the pool, pay to have it heated, what a joy even in hot weather, having it heated is appreciated (and it was 102 when we were there). Can't say enough good things about this property or our experience! Only negative is that the stove (oven) controls display and Microwave display are so very dim that it makes it quite difficult to see how to set the ovens to cook...but with some patience, got that figured out;-).

The house is wonderful-spotless clean-lots of kitchen necessities- and perfect outdoor area. Although we had some rain we enjoyed the range of temperatures everyday.There is also a wealth of bird watching to keep you busy.A great get away!

Perfect Getaway

This property was a great place to stay! The layout is great for two couples to each have one end of the house. The house has everything you need except for the food:)Such a beautiful relaxing environment inside and out. The pool and spa were great too.We will definitely return on our next trek to the desert.

Great vacation escape!

This house was very comfortable and well outfitted. We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful PSP getaway. Pete was a very attentive host and immediately helped resolve a problem with the spa after a neighborhood power outage.

GREAT option and close to downtown

We loved this rental and would definitely go back. The pre communications with the host were 5-star, making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. The house was clean, well-stocked with supplies and towels and was the perfect home to celebrate Thanksgiving week at. I also loved how close the home was to downtown Palm Springs as it was a short drive to town during the day to play and at night to dine. FIVE STARS!!!
