Staff was so nice & helpful. Everything was so great. Clean, plenty of hot water. I will just note a few things that could be improved upon. The bed. The most important element for me. Too hard. Needs a soft cushion top. It felt like a cheap spring mattress with no foam cushion topper. Pillows were nice & great that 2 different types were offered in order to find your comfort style. The second thing was tv. Just local channels that provide 10 commercials to every 5 mins of the show. Super annoying. Ive stayed in hotels that has apps so that you can sign into your own accts such as Netflix, prime, fubo. I stayed there because I had surgery so the bed & tv was all that i needed but that didnt work out well for me. I in fact went home a day early due to this issue. But price was very good compared to other hotels i priced. Located in a safe place. I never felt i was unsafe

It was clean we were told if we dont take any cleaning services we would get points on our points card, but when we checked out the girl at the front desk said you have no points as i can see so far, please look into this urgently please. Then we experienced breakfast they would run out of food and we were told that suppliers short them on food, then the hotel should make other arrangements to service guests

Everything stood out. This was one of the absolute best hotels we have stayed in domestically. It is rare today to receive the customer service that everyone at the hotel delivered. The breakfast was far superior to the usual US hotel breakfast. Everything seemed fresh with a good variety of selections. I have never been in a US hotel that served every cup of coffee from on the spot freshly ground coffee beans (delicious). And, first time ever that scrambled egg whites were available. The Executive std room was extremely comfortable. Well appointed, great lighting, refrigerator, comfortable bed and bedding, solid and fast WiFi, hooks to hang coats etc. The bathroom is large, great shower, good counter space. A lot of thought went into designing this hotel room. I highly recommend this hotel. It exceeded all expectations. The typical question is “what was good about the hotel “ For Holiday Inn Express I would reverse that and ask “what wasn’t good “? There wasn’t anything that wasn’t good, everything was.

Room was run down and dirty. Definitely time to be re-done. Doors are paper thin so you can hear all hallway noise and from the hallway can hear everything from inside someone’s room. Beds were super soft and sinking to the middle, they’re just well used and need replaced. Pillows need replaced as well. Overall the hotel just needs a refresh.

The room was nice, but I just did not like how far it was from the elevator, so coming and going was always inconvenient. However, I did like how many restaurants were nearby. It felt pretty safe as well.
