As you arrive in beautiful Palm Springs you will be greeted by scenic mountains & warm breezes. Then, as you make your way to this RECENTLY renovated/remodeled open concept 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home located in the Gene Autry area, you will continue to enjoy endless mountain views from the living area, while lounging in the private pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or simply enjoying the huge backyard.

Casa de Verona is bright & airy with fun surprises and every amenity needed!

Located close to downtown Palm Springs (about a 7-minute car ride) and to many other shopping and local attractions.

Additional info:
-Residential neighborhood, so please be respectful and aware of your noise level, especially between 10 PM and 10 AM.
-Please avoid tracking water inside the house to avoid slipping.
-Dogs are the only type of animal permitted
-The pool and hot tub do not have childproof fencing.
-There is a $65 (Apr-Oct) or $95 (Nov-Mar) per day charge for heating the pool (gas/heat usage is monitored remotely). No charge to heat up the hot tub.
-Garage cabinets cannot be accessed by guests.
-A/C cannot be run for long stretches below 72 degrees. If you prefer a lower temp, please let us know, and there will be a $40 per day charge. The thermostat is monitored remotely.

Great Place to Stay!

The house is comfortable with great outdoor space. It is about 11 minutes to downtown Palm Spring, close enough. We would definitely stay here again. There are a few things to consider. Walls are very thin between bedrooms, if you're paying to heat the pool, tell the pool guy all day long and keep the hot tub on, otherwise it's a waste - neither really ever got warm enough to go into, go pick up coffee in the AM. It's a French press in the house which is usually great, but it's not that convenient when there are more than 2 people.

Great Palm Springs getaway!

Enjoyed our stay very much. House was well stocked and very clean upon arrival. The communication with host was excellent both before and during the visit.
