The Space:

Located in a gated community just north of downtown Palm Springs, one of the home’s many spectacular features includes a spacious, custom patio designed for the entire family to enjoy with a pool, spa, chaise lounge chairs, and shaded dining area with high-velocity fans. Enjoy full days spent outdoors relaxing and taking in the majestic mountain views from the large backyard, and evenings taking a cooling swim under the stars. If you feel like venturing out to mix and mingle with the locals, you can visit one of the community pools as well as let the kids run free in the playground area. Downtown Palm Springs is just a quick drive away to enjoy endless options of shopping, dining, and nightlife. You will also be across the street from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. All this to offer and we haven’t even gotten to the home’s interior yet!



The main level’s open floor plan seamlessly blends spaces together to enhance gatherings and inspire connectivity. The living room can host movie nights as well as afternoon naps with its comfortable sofa seating, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Gather the group for a sit-down meal at the dining room table with seating for 6. Overflow seating, if needed, is just steps away at the kitchen counter and high-top café table. The kitchen itself is an impressive sight with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, storing all the cookware and dining ware you’ll need to serve up delicious family style meals. A Keurig coffee maker is sure to perk up your mornings as you once again head out to the patio to enjoy the beauty of this breathtaking area.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and large walk-in shower.



Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include a queen size bed.



This home also offers an additional bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage plus an additional 2 in the driveway. Parking on the street overnight is not allowed.

- Please note that this home is available only for rental periods of 28 days or more.

- A deposit of $1,500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Customer Care team will coordinate payment of the deposit.



Note that there is a fire pit in the round table in the backyard, great for those cold winter evenings. It is propane operated and tank underneath.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
