The exteriors are simple but magnificent, since the private chlorine pool is surrounded by 4 sun loungers to sunbathe accompanied of incomparable mountain views and the green fields. The pool sizes 10 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.3 to 1.8 m. A porch and a terrace invite you to enjoy delicious barbecues.
The property is arranged over four floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen-dining area equipped with a gas hob and a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor features a spacious lounge where you can watch satellite TV, listen to music or relax with a book by the fireplace during the colder months. On the same floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The second floor has three bedrooms: the first features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sauna; after going up three steps, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds for two guests. This floor also includes two bathrooms with showers. On the third floor, there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning. The house also offers gas central heating, a radiator, a cot and a high chair for guests travelling with children.
The location is perfect if you are lovers of quiet urbanisations. The Monterrey urbanisation, belonging to Palma de Gandia, is located between this one and Real de Gandia, for which reason you will have all the possible options in terms of services like bars, restaurants, supermarket and visits to the historic center of both villages. The closest beach is Playa de Gandia at 11.4 km and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at 9.4 km.
