Located in Palma, close to the sea and surrounded by nature, this spectacular villa for 10 people is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday in comfort, privacy and views of the Mediterranean.
Starting with the wonderful exterior of the house, it offers everything you need to enjoy the Mallorcan climate: a large 10x5 metre saltwater swimming pool, with a depth of up to 2 metres, ideal for cooling off and relaxing, surrounded by sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The furnished terrace and the mobile barbecue allow you to enjoy meals in the open air, always with views of the surrounding natural environment. In the house, most of the rooms on the first floor open onto a furnished terrace.
Moving into the rustic interior, spread over two floors, there is a spacious air-conditioned living room with sofas in front of the Smart TV, open to the dining room where you can all enjoy together the delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped gas kitchen. The house offers 7 bathrooms and 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Starting on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and two with a double bed. One of these has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and a small living room with sofas. To complete this floor, there are two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the first floor, you will find a large living room with sofas that gives access to the rest of the rooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two, a double bed with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, respectively. A bathroom with shower and a toilet serve this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
