I specifically reserved a king suite, and was assigned an accessible room, which i would prefer not accept. The front desk representative shared that all non-accessible rooms had been assigned and this was the only one available. She went on the share that they were fully booked, all rooms assigned with 2 more guest awaiting arrival. She wasn't sure what to do with the overage. Who runs a business this way?

To whom it concerns, I stayed in room 113 right next to the kitchen and OH BOY!!! When someone would open or close the door/fridge/closet or who knows what it was but what ever it was it was very loud. My wife and I thought it was kids coming in and out of the rooms but once we went to have breakfast we heard it again, again and it would seem that the slamming sound was coming from the kitchen area. I also wanted to bring to your attention that the shower head that was in the shower didn't have an actual setting that was soft or subtle. We tried our best to set it were the water wasn't spraying to hard but to no luck. I not a complainer by any means. I'm just bringing this things to your attention because I would hate for someone else to go through the same thing as we did. Shower are supposed to pleasant and relaxing and your kitchen personal are just doing there job but they start prepping for breakfast so early in the morning and you just get wakened up by the slamming sounds. Other than that your hotel was beautiful!!!

I stayed in room 310. Did not sleep because kids were running all night and day. There was stopping the entire time day and night. Felt super uncomfortable with how much noise was going on the top of us. Felt shaking and stopping non stop.

When we arrived, the manager did not acknowledge us at all. He just sat at his computer for more than five minutes ignoring us before we stared at him and he finally told us he would be with soon. Very unprofessional. We winded up checking out about an hour later and going back home.
