I left my room and when I returned all my property had been taken from my room and placed in a storage room at the front desk when my property was returned to me items were missing and the lady at the front desk said the staff was not properly trained and there was nothing she could do about it plus you have to buy cooking utensils and coffee maker for $70.00 no free coffee it's $3.50 a cup maid service every two weeks and I had to take my own trash out there is better deals stay away this place was a big disappointment

Horrible stay

The white gentleman at the front desk was horrible! There was no good service from him. He seemed bothered every time we asked for anything. The beds are very basic and noisy. I could hear everything going on in the other rooms or hallway. Thin walls for sure. Would not return.

Horrible Stay

If only no stars was an option. Front desk was not helpful. We were told we would get our room serviced by 2pm and we didn’t. We had to bring our towels & sheets down to the front ourselves to get the switched for new ones.
