There is a sofa that converts into a pull out sofa as well as a loveseat. You’ll have access to multiple streaming services on the 50” flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals for the whole group including stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, a coffee machine, a Keurig, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property.
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm-8am.
☆Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems are prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with.
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.
Parking spots (2) are available in front of the house.
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.
Pool key fob is located in the kitchen drawer. Please return key for prior to departure. Guests will have to pay $50 replacement fee for any lost pool key fobs.
The drive to the house is accessible with GPS.
For guest safety, and property security the home has three exterior cameras: a doorbell at the front entrance, one overlooking the front balcony, and one covering the backyard (lounge furniture, grill, fire pit). Cameras are exterior only. A noise monitor tracks sound levels but does not record audio.

Location: Haven at Hathaway is a corner-unit townhome located just a short 5 minute drive to Panama City Beach. While not beachfront, you’ll be close to all the area’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots.
Stairs: The home is two stories. All bedrooms are located upstairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
Parking: Parking is available directly at the property. Please check for any vehicle size or number restrictions before arrival.
Occupancy: The home comfortably accommodates families, couples, or groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests.
Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors and the community, quiet hours are in place (typically after 10 PM).
No Parties or Events: This home is intended for relaxing vacations. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Pets are allowed (2 pet max; dogs only).
One free parking space is provided on-site.

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that.
Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
We now offer optional add-ons like early check-in fee, birthday packages, romance packages, and pre-arrival fridge stocking. Message us if you'd like to include any of these in your stay!
