Annie's Song on harvinainen löytö lahden edessä olevista koteista 30A-alueella. Se on kätkeytyneenä aivan rannalla, josta upeat Persianlahden näkymät sulavat huolet pois. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja siinä on salihalli kerrossängyn ”laiturilla”, jossa on 4-5 ”sisäänrakennettua punkkaa. Gourmet-keittiö, ruokasali ja lasinen suljettu olohuone tai merenrantahuone, kuten sitä kutsutaan, ovat avoinna vedelle, tuoden kaikki lahden rannikon kauneuden. Gourmet-keittiö on varustettu ruostumattomalla Frigidare Gallery -laitteella. Kokin käytön helpottamiseksi on 5-silmäkokoinen täysikokoinen uuni sekä toinen uuni ja mikroaaltouuni-seinäyksikkö. Side-by-side-jääkaapissa on runsaasti säilytystilaa, ja erityistä huomiota kiinnitettiin hiljaisimman astianpesukoneen tarjoamiseen. Fall Break with Family

We vacation with son's family during fall break. Everyone enjoyed our stay at Annie's Song. We needed easy access to the beach and this location cannot be beat.

The short walk to the beach is the best thing about this property. There is not a covered patio overlooking the ocean. The description describes a beautiful garden in the front but that is not being maintained. The bunk room is a closet with 4 bunk beds with no air or fan. Thankfully we did not need that space but I think others should be aware of this as the house seems to be on the warm side. The bedrooms are tiny with small closets and one room without a closet at all. The television in the master bedrooms need updated and we never did figure out how to get them to work. The port hole type windows need to be covered as you can see inside the house and one faces the master bathroom shower! Could not believe this! The water has a funky smell. One of the couches in the living room sinks drastically making it very difficult to sit on. The bedding is dingy “white” making us feel as though it’s not clean. The ceilings are very low so if you’re a tall family like we are be careful of the ceiling fans. For $8k for the week and mostly good reviews I expected nicer accommodations.

Perfect house to celebrate together

We spent a week at Annie’s Song celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation with her friends. The girls walked to Rosemary Beach for coffee every morning. They spent their days on the beach and deck, and evenings in Seaside a short drive down 30A. We shopped in every little town and took sunrise and sunset photos. It was a dream come true.

The outside is not quite as it shows.

The pictures you see in the listing are from years ago. There is no cover over the deck. There is no open sky beside or behind the house because there are now 3 story homes on the right, the left and behind the house. There is no kids swing as the old pictures shows and the adult swing is not safe to use. There are and have been sand dunes and grass so it's not at all open like the picture shows. The listing listed a hot tub under "popular amenities" and there is no hot tub. The listing as since been updated as far as the hot tub goes but that was pretty disappointing when we arrived to not experience what the exterior pictures are showing and still are not showing. On a positive note, Ann was responsive which we appreciated when we let her know that the bathroom sink would not drain and the stopper was not working properly. Also the bathtub would not drain so it would fill up when taking a shower. And she replaced a broken bed frame in one of the bedrooms.

Best bachelorette location

Everyone in the group loved the stay! Sleeping arrangements were perfect plenty of room for 7 people and being right on the beach is a HUGE plus. Great pricing for such a beautiful area and amazing views. My family will definitely be back for our own vacation! Thanks to the host who was awesome and was very easy to get in touch with when needed. Highly recommend!

Never disappoints!

We have been coming to Annie's Song for several years at different times of the year and are never disappointed. The house is immaculate and has all the conveniences we need. We usually don't cook and go out to dinner and breakfast during our stay but if we did, the kitchen is very well equipped! The location of the house is amazing. The sunsets are breathtaking! Thank you Ann for sharing thiis beautiful property with us!

Home away from home

Amazing Annie’s Song Annual Beach Vaca

Third time to stay here. We absolutely love this place. The new cushions on the deck furniture are so nice! The two king beds need new mattresses, though. The A/C filter needs to be changed. We looked for one but every place was sold out of 24x24. We cleaned the drain in the West bathroom sink. Now it drains well. We’ve been vacationing in the panhandle for 50 years. This is our favorite place!!!💟

A little piece of Heaven

Relaxation at it’s best! Great accommodations. The location and private beach can’t be beat. Days start with morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sea. Beach service with two umbrellas and 4 chairs is included. There is also a custom sun deck on top of the house! Comfortable beds as well. Highly recommended!

Family Time

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beach home. I sipped lattes and watched the waves every morning sitting in the beach chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could need. We used the charcoal grill almost every night. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels. *The beach chairs set up was an added bonus.*

Wonderful Home on the Beach

Great location and house for a family. Perfect for a couple with 2-3 kids, as well as a set of grandparents. The two king rooms are great for 2 couples, and then the queen room and by room are great for kids. The bunk room is really only suitable for small kids though, due to the size of the bunks. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are very nice. The best part was the location to the beach - right outside your back door. Beautiful views and wonderful days at the beach. We will be back

Awesome direct beach access

Even the homes directly on the beach typically have boardwalks (albeit, private ones) with stairs and/or a gate. This property has a great deck which steps directly onto the sand. The best spot for dragging toys, chairs and kayaks to your spot on the beach without steps. The sunroom and back deck are prime for early morning coffee and dolphin spotting. And late evening sunset viewing. Great beds, great kitchen for staying in and cooking. We’ll be back!

Spring Break

This house is in an amazing location! On the beach, close to a coffee shop, and so close to rosemary beach! I have to agree with the other reviews that the washer is very loud, so definitely don't do laundry at night. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you could need, except there was only one cutting board, but that didn't deter us from cooking. We had chair service, which was so nice to just walk down to the beach and have those set up already. Just be prepared the bunk room is very very small, in the pictures it looks like a normal size room, but it is more closet sized, we were able to make do with that space, but if you planning to put adults in there just be aware you could probably only fit two adults, it is a perfect size for children though! Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would definitely rebook the next time I am in the area!

New Years on Inlet Beach

Beautiful location. Relaxed on the beach as much as we could. The weather wasn’t the best, but we didn’t let it detour us from a great time. Lots of fog. I’d never seen that before. Beach is right outside the door. You can even hear the waves from inside the house. Having chair service daily for the beach was nice. The house had everything that’s needed to make our stay nice. We really enjoyed our time relaxing, laughing and making memories with friends.

The Gulf is Your Backyard

Location, location, location!! Would return for that in a minute. The house had beautiful ocean views from the dining & living areas and really had everything we needed…but to be transparent, it’s definitely well-loved and worn. The back deck is the main attraction and we spent great family time there. That being said, it’s probably past due for some repairs…splintered & rotting wood in places & could definitely use some updated furniture cushions. All & all, for location & price…it was a sweet vacation for our family.
