The living room you will find seating for everyone. Sofa sleeper, New Blue Chair or comfy bar stools.
Master Bedroom with Full bathroom- walk in shower. And plenty of room in closet to hang your clothes up.
Kids always love bunk beds! And they are comfy!!

Tidewater Beach resort is full-service resort full of amenities.
Movie theatre -shows movies 2 times in evening. Check out listings outside the theatre

We will provide the Pre-registration link before your arrival to save time! Guest must show Government photo I.D. within 24 hours of renting and to get parking pass/wrist bands.
NO ONE under 25 can rent this unit. Our Rule and Tidewaters rule. This is a Family Resort
Guest must Sign my Rental agreement right away. I will not give Condo door codes until rental agreement is signed and returned to me
WIFI is provided
Travel light and wash you clothes in the washer and dryer. We leave laundry pods in the unit for guest to use.

Only 2 flights of steps to the beach or use the NEW elevator around the corner.
The kitchen is Fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, flatware, dishes and cups.
Keurig, coffee pot etc We also leave Coffee in the unit for guest.
A small fan and large fan for guest.
Bed linens and towels provided
Beach Towels provided
Laundry pods, Dish soap and Dish pods provided. Along with kitchen garbage bags

Warning and Restrictions:
Tidewater and this unit are Completely 100% smoke-free, including the balcony. Vaping is not allowed in this unit
Primary renter must be 25 years or older. Under no circumstances can an adult or parent rent for their underage (25 or younger) kid(s) and leave them unsupervised for their stay. An adult Must remain for the duration of the rental. If an underage guest is left unsupervised , they will be removed from the property and rental payment will be Non-refundable.
Rental agreement will be sent and need signing/ sent back within 5 business days. Would prefer guest to provide their email.
Instead of having guest make a refundable deposit, we will have a credit card Hold of $300 put on 1 day before arrival and refunded within 2 days of departure
Tidewater is a Family Resort, not intended for college-aged spring breakers or High school age kids.
NO PETS allowed in this unit.
Fees for payments by credit card from international travelers will have an additional $75 increase in total cost.
There is a separate $39.59 + tax Tidewater registration fee, which includes a max of 2 parking passes and 6 wrist bands per unit. Will need to show Government phot I.D. for picking up packet.
