Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking notes: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register and pay for your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers allowed on property.
