Great price, nice location. Comfortable bed, very clean and owner was very nice. Could use some updates like the sofa was not very comfortable and there was very limited flatware, (only a couple of forks.)It would have been nice to know that it was up two floors and no elevator. We are in our 70’s and getting up and down stairs , especially with luggage, was extremely difficult for us. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect. There were 3 of us and plenty of room. Easy checkin, very clean, well maintained and safe location. The back balcony overlooks the pool and a short walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely be renting again!

The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and had all we needed for our stay, except for some cooking tools in the kitchen. Once out the door, however, the residential complex itself needs serious maintenance. It looks rundown from the outside and seems to have suffered quite a bit from the hurricanes. We still enjoyed the amazing location, right across the street from the beach. Because of the colder weather, we couldn't, unfortunately, use the pool this time of year.

HUGE Pcb fans-hands down best trip

If your looking for an affordable trip and don’t mind walking you have found -THE LOCATION-! We didn’t mind one bit climbing 32 steps to the room each time(:o) no elevator waits was a plus). Even with a 6 year old and 8 month old we all had a GREAT TRIP! We walked across the road to the ocean every day and enjoyed every second of the trip. Seriously, we cannot say enough good things about this Condo. It had everything we needed Full kitchen, washer and dryer plus all the kitchen things we needed. We have always stayed beachfront and HATED the crowds that came along with them, The elevator wait times, The massively crowded beaches & this was exactly the opposite. Such a Serene and peaceful trip. Big Thank you again to Rich for booking us last minute and making fall break 2022 the best one yet. Recommending this unit to ALL of our friends & family. We can’t wait for the next trip! -The Vincent Family

This was a great rental! It was a nice space and right across the street from the beach. The owners kept in contact with me and made it very easy for check in and check out. Provided great details on everything we needed to know. Also included a booklet with their favorite restaurants. It was sweet!

Very quiet area

I had to wash all drinking glasses, plates and bowls and utensils. They was a deep bug in a cup in the cabinet, dirty plates and silverware and pancake turner. There were 3 of us. 1 hand towel, 4 towels and wash clothes. Pillow cases had make up on them. I washed those also. There pool toys scattered on the deck we had to step over to get to the chairs. I feel we should get a partial refund. We did check out early.

Was disappointed when I arrived. The outside of building needed work. The pullout couch is completely broke down. . The part that holds mattress is torn off frame. The queen mattress is also broke down. Carpet in bedroom is nasty. Could hardly open sliding glass doors. The stove was not in good working condition. Oven was dirty and soaking from food build up.... Im very disappointed. I let my family down by making this my choice.

Panama Beach

This rental was listed as newly remodeled which doesn’t correspond to issues we encountered. Microwave didn’t work, stove only had two working burners and degree symbols were rubbed off for oven. Floor were dirty along with walls. Beige chairs were pretty dirty so I put towels down and pull out coach was wired together at foot and mattress was pretty old with bar running down middle. Only toilet paper was half a roll left on holder. This unit is three flights of stairs to room with no elevator.

It was the perfect size, right on the beach ( less than a minute walk), it was very clean, and everything we needed. The owners were very communicative and helpful, made the trip even better!!

Fall Break 2021

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and cozy with everything we needed. Unfortunately, it rained 6 of the 7 days we were there, but we made the best of it. Would stay here again.

Electrical issue

It was good overall. Breezeway construction was going on outside units and they had a mess every day all over the stair units and breezeway. One suggestion for the the unit we stayed in. I am an electrical contractor where I live and all of the duplex receptacles in this unit need replaced bad. They are all worn out and will not hold a plug. This would not cost much to do. This could even become a potential fire hazard due to arcing from a loose connection of the plug in the receptacle.
