This spacious, Gulf-front retreat offers incredible views, a private balcony, and easy access to resort amenities, including pools, a fitness center, and direct beach access. Perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Experience stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from this 21st-floor condo in the highly sought-after Shores of Panama Resort. Recently remodeled, this unit offers all the comforts of home with a spacious layout, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing, stargazing, watching the waves, and soaking in the sun.
This 2+-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed (Sleeps 2)

This 21st-floor unit is designed for maximum comfort and convenience, offering an open layout that seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen. With its clean, modern decor and a variety of amenities, Gulfview Gem ensures your stay is enjoyable from start to finish.
Parking:
This unit comes with parking passes for 8 amenity bracelets and 2 vehicles only. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you must park off site and there is a public parking garage around the corner from the Shores of Panama.
Parking passes and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process. We will share a specific link (provided below) for your unit reservation. Shores of Panama charges $85 (this price includes resort fee, bands and parking).
Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Upon initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance and display your QR code. The code will be scanned and your personal packet will then be provided. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
Locate your reserved parking space, labeled "Reserved 2124" (on the 11th floor) If another car is parked in your reserved parking space, park in any space marked yellow and contact Property Patrol in the portico.
The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 7 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only but such spots are on a first come-first served basis. If you have any problems with onsite parking, feel free to contact Property Patrol.
There is motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.
If you have an additional vehicle, read the following carefully:
There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. These lots are located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive at Churchwell and Front Beach Road, and 11209 Front Beach Road at Richard Jackson Boulevard.
Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number.
Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online.
In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there's no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.

Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. There is a ring doorbell at the front door.
