Our room smelled like dog urine

No one cleaned our room the whole time we were there and we were there four days I continuously let them know that our room smelled like dog urine they were booked so could not move me said that while we were out, they came in and cleaned the carpet, but the carpet was not clean and the odor was overwhelming I tried to ask for another room, but by the time they were able to give us another room our stay was over.

Home feel

Suite was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The area it was in is still new and up and coming. Away from the fast pace area but close enough to everything within 15 minutes. We would stay again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The only suggestion we have is upgrading the bed and pillows. The pillows were too soft and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been. Overall, the stay was AMAZING! Nice location. Very quiet. The staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely visit this location again. Thank you!
