The hotel was everything , from the apartment style room , to the breakfast this was definitely a memory !!! Also they have grills to be able to grill pool side ! We got the 1 bedroom studio suite and it was more than enough room for my family. Very clean and the kitchen had a stove , microwave and regular size fridge ! Can’t wait to go back .

I think the issue was more so the area and the type of guests, not the hotel staff. There were so many kids that were unattended at the pool so we could barely use the pool. Kids were loud and running through the hallways so it was difficult to relax. When I tried to use the gym, groups of kids would come in and take the equipment that was in use. The complimentary breakfast was a madhouse and so unclean- people don’t know how to form a line and the food was often cold.We ended up checking out the night before our checkout date because it was not relaxing or enjoyable.

El hotel en excelente condiciones, habitaciones comodas y limpias, sin embargo es importante la limpieza diaria, cambio de las toallas y la basura es lo unico negativo. Solicite un cepillo para barrer y limpiar mi habitacion. Nos hospedamos 4 dias y 3 noches y no correspondió nunca el dia de limpieza deben prestar atención en eso. El desayuno bueno. La piscina es pequen̈a para el hotel y la cantidad de habitaciones. Sin embargo nos volveriamos a hospedar alli.
