Guests who violate any of the following policies will be charged a fee or may be asked to leave.

We do not allow cats. Dogs are allowed with $120 fee per stay. Two dog maximum and must be crated when left unattended. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED on beds, couches, chairs, or other furniture in consideration for future guests and those with allergies!

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

This is a non-smoking property (including outdoor areas).

| Check-in and Check-out |
You will be notified the morning of check-in if early check-in is available. Late check-outs are not available. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied after 10:00 am for the first hour. Check-outs more than an hour late will be charged for one night (equal to the average nightly rate).

Such a gem for staying in PCB!!

So initially, I was somewhat worried about this property because the price was really good for the area. Everything comparable was a condo in a high-rise on the beach. Given all of the recent criminal activity in PCB we did not want to stay in a condo and really liked the idea of having a house with parking and a lot of privacy. This house is in somewhat of an old school type neighborhood, maybe a five minute walk to the beach. When we first pulled up, I was expecting this to be a lot less amazing than what it was. We were pleasantly shocked and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was well stocked, extremely well, remodeled, clean and very comfortable. We used all of the sleeping space provided and were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. There are close by neighbors, but everything is so private and well laid out that you don’t even notice the moment you walk into the door or outside to the hot tub or to the seating area outside (complete with TV table and sectional). We were absolutely presently surprised by this clean well laid out home and completely enjoyed our stay. We had to utilize all of the bedding options and everyone was comfortable! I wish we would have taken photos!

Pet friendly house just a short walk from the beach

This is our second time staying here and the property is perfect for a small family pets. Nice updates with a hot tub, fully fenced in back yard and enclosed/covered patio space with outdoor TV. Hosts are great to work with and always quick to respond.

Great Location to all things

Location location location. This is a prime example of it. Very quiet neighborhood. We rented a golf cart…..best decision ever. Only had the car out 1 time the whole week and that was to travel to Santa Tosa Beach. Only spent $7 in gas to fill the cart back up. The beach is maybe 1 minute at access #65. They are doing construction and it’s a mess but with a golf cart, none issue. You can park fine. The beds are so comfortable. Probably the best I’ve ever slept in away from home. The house is very nice. Plenty of room for the two of us for sure. Kitchen has utensils needed, coffee cups plates etc. The backyard though is not fenced so kids nor pups can run freely. Just a heads up for that. Probably the only downfall I think. I would definitely stay here again. Rachel was super when I hit her up when we arrived.

Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and found it perfect for our family of 4. The sleeping arrangements worked well and appreciated having the trundle bed so my kids didn’t have to share a bed. Pet friendly with partially fenced in yard was nice. Short walk to public beach access. Very quiet neighborhood.

Clean, convenient, and quiet

We stayed for 5 days in January (off season) to do some local hiking. The place is conveniently located close to stores and the beach, short drive or a 20 mins walk to shopping mall, Pier park. We had everything we needed in the house to make the stay comfortable. The owners are very responsive and make every effort to accommodate. Thank you!

Perfect little getaway

The house is truly just a couple blocks from the beach. It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to Pier Park mall. The beds were so comfy! The seating area in the back yard is perfect for early morning or late afternoon conversations. It looks just like the pictures. We would definitely book this house again.

Bike week

We rented this adorable house for the spring bike week. It was a great location out of the main line of traffic. Carport was perfect to park the bikes in. House was as shown in listing and super cute. Mattresses were also very comfortable! Rachel was a great host and easy to contact. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Space!

The location of the house is perfect for access to the beach and everything along Front Beach Road. We took our golf cart and had a 1 minute ride to public access to the beach with protected parking. It’s close enough you can hear the waves when you’re outside and far enough off FBR that you have peace and quiet.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, grocery and dining. This house has a nice backyard that feels private. The indoor has 2 very comfortable bedrooms along with 2 nice bathrooms. Everything was new and fresh.

It was small but comfortable. We wanted a house with a yard, we have a little dog, the beach was about 2 blocks away, which we would walk to 2 or 3 times a day. The kitchen was new and modern, we fixed a few meals. We enjoyed our stay and Rachel was a great host. She responded quickly if we had any questions, but she didn’t smother us with questions. The laundry room was convenient. The grocery stores were nearby as were the restaurants up and down the strip
