Everything was nice and beautiful Except the black lady who works at the breakfast buffet and gives food, she was Rude I asked would you please add more pancakes her response was are you telling me or asking me with a bad meaning face, it made me feel bad inside, Hyatt you deserve better and more welcoming staff! Besides that everything was a top notch!

The front desk staff staff in the day time needs training, so that everyone is on the same page . There is no follow through. My husband and I were there to celebrate our Anniversary, I asked the front desk if there was something that I could do in our room to surprise my husband, so was told that the manager would email me a list of hospitality services and prices … I am yet to receive an email, at checkout this morning I inquired about not receiving the information, the manager told me that all she can do is give me a bottle of champagne ( no apology) I replied that our anniversary was yesterday and she again said I didn’t get around to it but I can give you a bottle of champagne…. I checked out and left the property . I know this is not Marriott standard of customer service… I was treated with no respect and no apology issued . .

Good service by staff. We just had a roach in our room and no breakfast and it was advertised! I got up at 5:45am in the morning and got this hotel based off breakfast being one of the perks. $500 for a night and there is a roach and no breakfast. Not worth it. I feel cheated

It was a bit inconvenient that the hotel did not provide any type of valet car service or bell men. They only provided housekeeping every other day. The room was beautiful, and the breakfast was very nice. No room service.

Me and the Hubby and My Pup came to this Hotel for our vacation. I can Truley say I enjoy this hotel. The room was so nice and by everything. We Always get a beach front room in the hotels we stay at. When I say they didn't disappoint. We took our Dog for the 1st time on Vacation with us. This place was dog friendly. The only thing I wish it had was a better dog poop area. The dogs have really none at all. It is a very small patch of grass. Another disappointment was the parking deck was Across the Street. But once we got everything unloaded in the Front we parked in the Parking deck. Other than that I can Truley say we enjoyed our Stay. We Stayed on the 4th Floor. It was so easy to get On and Off the Elevator to take my pup to go potty. Quick Tip: You do have to use your Key card to use the Elavator if you are staying on floors 3-11. This was one of the Best Hotels I stayed at in Panama City Beach Florida. Thanks for a Great Stay. I look forward to Coming again!

The hotel was great! The hotel bartenders were great. Food at coconut Charlie’s was so good. Grouper sandwich was to die for! Hotel room was clean and the view was stunning. So close to all the hustle and bustle in walking distance. Would definitely go back. Only downfall was the Starbucks in the property only sold espresso products not regular coffees. However, it was a small price to pay for a great vacation.

Loved staying at the Hyatt! It was my son’s birthday and they were kind enough to give him a piece of cake, a beach ball, and a card! It was so freaking sweet! Right on the beach, clean, and very accommodating. 10/10.
