Jolly Roger on kaunis 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen kuljetus kotiin täydellisesti Rosemary Beachissä. T�����ss�� kodissa on oma pysäköintialue ja sisäänkäynti sisäpihan l��pi, ja siitä on kaunis näk��ala lahdelle parvekkeelta. Kun olet sisällä, löyd��t valoisan ja avoimen oleskelutilan, joka on tarpeeksi viihtyisä jokaiselle asiakkaalle rentoutumiseen. Viereinen keittiö on t��ysin varustettu kaikilla työkaluilla, joita tarvitset aterian valmistukseen. Siin�� on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja baari, johon mahtuu kaksi vierasta. Aivan nurkan takana on makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on lasisuihku. Parvi-alue löytyy vain kierreportaasta. Parvella on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja yksi vuode, johon mahtuu 3 vierasta. On täysin oma kylpyhuone tällä tasolla sek�� rakennettu oleskelualue, josta on upeat näkym��t Rosemaryn kaupunkiin.

Rosemary Cottage House

Excellent location that is close to the beach walkover as well as the central square. Perfect for a couple or parents with young kids and the property manger was very responsive. The second floor outdoor deck is a great location to enjoy the evening breeze.

Beautiful corner carriage house. Just what we hoped for

I stayed here with my wife and my dog and we had a great time… You aren’t going to find many locations other than beachfront units that are arguably any better. The whole process was really simple. I would just like to mention that if you were part of a large group of more than four, this probably isn’t a good unit for you

Amazing Location

The location was pure perfection. While the Jolly Roger was clean and comfortable it was a little rough around the edges. Could use some fresh paint and updated furniture.

Great Family Spring Break Trip

The property is perfectly located, as 30A traffic can get quite busy. We able to walk to the main Rosemary Beach town, beach, and pool. The carriage house was also conveniently located to access bike trails that extend to Alys Beach and through the Alys Beach nature trail that circle back around to Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked so that we made breakfasts and lunches at the house and walked to dinner at nearby restaurants at night. We also thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and eating meals out on the wrap around porch. Great property and location. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

The property is nice and very convenient to Rosemary and the beach. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Misty, the manager, was very responsive. We had trouble getting the cable to work well in the living room, and it is still very quirky. There was major construction with lots of noise. Kristy offered alternative locations, but we wanted to stay in the area. 30A would be wise to not consider off season as only maintenance season as off season travelers are tourists too and spend money in the area. Our last two off season trips have been plagued with construction and maintenance.

Great stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The home was a short walk to the beach and pool which was a huge plus because we had 3 young children. I wish the home was a little more updated. For the price, it would have been nice to have updated furniture, decor, outdoor furniture, etc. Even just basic home renovations like updated lighting, fresh paint, etc. We primarily stay at Rosemary Beach when on vacation and unfortunately this home didn’t match what we’ve gotten at other properties. However, we enjoyed our stay and I would reccomend this property.

Great location in Rosemary Beach

Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street parking around it. We loved everything about the house and will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Will be back!

This location was great as it was central to restaurants, shopping and beach access. The carriage house was clean, well stocked with supplies and more than enough room for us. The management company answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Better Options are Available

Much smaller than anticipated and not very clean upon arrival (floors in particular). Dated interior with no true kitchen table and shabby couches. Garage space too small for SUV. Washer and dryer located downstairs. Garage space shared with Main House guests; noise from shared garage and lack of privacy. No acceptable reason to have poor internet in 2023. Gulf views? Not unless you had a ladder on the roof.

Perfect location

Great location….short walk to the beach and main street Rosemary. Could use updated furniture and a coat of paint outside but other than that it was perfect. Will stay here again. Super comfortable for a family of 5. Kids had their own bathroom and 3 beds upstairs.

Cramped and in need of TLC

First, I realize carriage houses are limited in space. But, this place was that and badly in need of TLC. Sofa must be 20 yeas old. Like sitting in a hole. Lots of room upstairs but downstairs, where we lived, was very cramped. Location is what this place has going for it. Don’t recommend more than a weekend stay here.

Perfect location

Charming and nicely- appointed little place in perfect location in Rosemary Beach. Walkable to the beautiful beach, restaurants, shops, tennis and steps to the pool. Three minor things that could be better - the main room King bed (like a rock, including the pillows), the living room furniture (worn out) and the door lock was a challenge.
