- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- The following are prohibited: smoking, vaping, pets, parties, unauthorized guests/visitors, etc.
- Golf carts are not allowed onsite.
- The parking garage`s clearance is 7 feet.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times when onsite. Wristbands must also be left in the condo upon departure - a $50 charge will apply per missing wristband.
- Parking passes must be displayed on the vehicle`s dashboard when onsite to avoid being towed.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
