Elevator time stunk!,,,

The room was good,but the elevator wasn’t. We spent on occasion 30 to 45 minutes waiting on it. The curtains were very hard to get closed.

Would definitely return. Condo was clean, however a bit dated decor. Clean and in good repair. On the negatives, only one elevator working out of three, like hitting the lotto when it arrives. No blow dryers or clocks. Chair and umbrella rentals are $40/day. Door keypad cover clouded so numbers are not visible. Wristbands and parking passes emphasized heavily, but never checked. This condo sits by itself and the beach is less crowded than others. Clean white sand, beautiful calm water. Souvenir shops close by

I would give negative 10 stars if I could. Booked this property for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my mother in law 75th birthday. Arrived Friday and there was 1 elevator working out of 3. This building is 23 floors and you guessed it we were on 23rd floor. Long story short on Saturday last elevator broke and people were stuck and had to be rescued. This is Sunday afternoon and elevators are still broken. We had to haul our stuff 23 floors down by foot and make multiple trips. My mother in law is disabled and is on a walker. She had to take the stairs. I am extremely concerned for her health. Property would not move us to a lower floor, provided no assistance or updates. I checked the reviews and it is a known issue. This is unacceptable and dangerous. This is a violation of the ADA. I will be filing complaints with appropriate departments tomorrow. Also, sheets and pillowcases had someone else’s hair on it letting me know they don’t change the sheets. Never again will I stay here.

The condo was very nice. View was amazing! The elevators tore up a couple of times and we were on the 23rd floor. Not the condo owners fault but it was aggravating at times. We had one issue while there with the washing machine and the owners had it repaired quickly. I would definitely stay at the condo again.
