The property worked out well for my wife and I and our medium sized dog. We also had another couple spend several nights with us and did not feel overcrowded. The owner was quick to respond to any issues that came up during our 3 month stay. A nice short walk to the beach through gated access. Great value for the location!

We enjoyed our stay in Beachwalk 5D it was perfect for what our little family needed.The Condo was clean and close to the beach. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. We had a great time!

Pet friendly, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Host responds quickly. Code to access unit was not included, neither was the gate code for beach access with check-in instructions. I'm accustomed to an instruction, what to do in the area type document, folder or binder when renting but there wasn't one at this property. A number of bulbs where out (stairwell, over bathroom sink and porch). Notified owner but nothing was done to remedy during our stay.Overall, the place is nice, comfortable and convenient but it's unlikely I'd rent again due to the issues, minor as they were, and I don't believe it was worth the price.
