Tämä tilava kolmen makuuhuoneen kolme täysi kylpyamme pohjakerroksessa kaksi tarinaa kaupungin kodityyppinen huoneisto istuu tuntematon 20 eekkeriä halutuimmista länsipäässä Panama City Beach. 1500 + neliöjalkaa asuintilaa unohdetaan ja on vain muutaman askeleen päässä kuuluisasta emerald vesillä Persianlahden rannikolla ja laitoksen 315 + jalat sokeri valkoinen yksityinen ranta. Astu rehevän pihalle, josta löydät ylimitoitetun uima-altaan, jossa on auringonottokenttä ja kahluuallas, useita tenniskenttiä, lasten leikkipaikka ja muut aamut. Tämä rentouttava, perheystävällinen lomakeskus sijaitsee lähellä kaikkia paikallisia nähtävyyksiä, joita alue tarjoaa, mutta tarpeeksi kaukana länsipäästä säilyttää sen viehättävä viehätys.

Wonderful location and beautiful beach

The location and property amenities are amazing! The property is across the street from the beach but with private access to the beach. There is a tunnel to get to the beach, which was nice. The private beach is beautiful. The condominium itself was nice but a little dated. The cleaning crew did not do a good job as some areas were still dirty. It wasn't until we were leaving that my mom told me that her bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned at all. She didn't tell me when we arrived because she didn't want to upset me since I selected the property where we were staying. So my only feedback would be to consider a new cleaning company. Otherwise, a good stay.

Home in a great location

House was spacious and comfortable. Location was amazing! Resort was beautiful with lots of activities. Loved how peaceful the beach was, not crowded at all. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect family vacation and wedding!!!

We booked this condo for a family of 9. It was perfect. We were having a beach elopement and wanted one condo for our adult family. The views from the back patio were absolutely perfect. The beach was just a across the street. Our family also enjoyed all of the activities the resort offered. Our only issue were the sprinklers came on every night at 8:00 and it made it a little unpleasant to walk in and out of the condo.

Sunnyside…Best kept secret at PCB

Sunnyside has everything needed for a great stay at the beach…from the nice big pool to the beach volleyball area. It was our first time staying at Sunnyside and we will definitely be back.

Nice quiet complex. It’s a bit older but our family enjoyed our stay. It was perfect location as my brother was getting married in the House Directly across the street. I would definitely come back again.

We had a great time st this unit. The owner has been made aware so I am sure he is dealing with the issue, there was one this the cleaning crew had missed. Other than that issue, everything was as expected.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort Unit 72. The beach is across Front Beach Road and a 1 minute walk. There is also a tunnel leading to the beach if you don’t want to cross the road. The rental is nice and big and was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 bedrooms and a loft. It also had 3 full bathrooms which was a plus with our 3 daughters. I also love that it was away from the very busy part of Panama City Beach, as it is a quieter part of town. We would love to stay here again!!

RELAXING.....

I had a 2 week stay ..... first week was a girls vacation, second week 3 yr anniversary with the hubby. The condo was perfect for both! Beach is just steps away, grounds well kept, complex was quiet. I was notified by the owner of a minor issue (dishwasher not working) prior to my arrival and I appreciated the heads up..... just stopped and bought some paper plates, etc to cut down on 'house work'. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths really was a blessing as well as having a washer and dryer in the unit. Looking forward to many more mini and full vacations here!

Great property! Could see the beach from the kitchen and patio.

We had a great stay! The closeness to the beach was amazing. The kids loved the tunnel to the beach! Super quiet. The pool was immaculate and perfect for night swimming! Only negative was the loft being open. Had to make the kids (ages 6, 5, 3, 2)stay downstairs since sitting on the beds they could look over. Other than that, we loved it. Loved the seating st the bar in the kitchen. It was perfect for feeding all the kids breakfast and lunch! Will definitely return!

Older condo private,spacious with beautiful pool and tennis courts on the property 1/4 mile paved walkway on the complex allowed for daily walks/runs. Beach is gated, directly across the street also accessible via a gated tunnel from the property.Quiet enviornment ,convenient to All attractions and shopping within a few minutes. Less than a minute walk to the most beautiful beach providing breathtaking views of the emerald gulf and amazing sunsets Paul (owner) promptly responded to texts with access codes for beach and Wi-Fi as the office was closed the day we arrived. Only complaint was the lack of soap and toilet paper requiring a shopping trip before we could even unpack .This was a minor inconvenience .Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

Wonderful, much needed vacation!

Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is my favorite place to stay in PCB. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are always friendly. Unit 72 was very nice and had plenty of room for our group of 8. Only complaint was the week flew by way too fast!!!

Large space but very outdated

We had a large group consisting of 4 adults and 5 adolescents. The space of the unit is very large and accommodating however the condo is extremely outdated and wasn't very clean. There is not wireless internet access, unless you go the clubhouse. The cable in upstairs masters bedroom did not work. The screen on the patio kept coming off the hinge. Barstools wobbly with cracked seats. Rocking chair broken. The refrigerator stopped working on day 2, however the owner responded quickly and had a repairman there on day 3 and reimbursed for the food loss. Over all good space that served our purpose, but needs some fresh paint and updating. We do not feel that this unit is worth the high rental price.

Perfect setting

We have stayed at Sunnyside many times through the years. But the location of 73 was perfect! Every morning sitting out back and able to see the beach! As well as being just steps away from the beach! Can't ask for much more than that! The beach for Sunnyside are private and gorgeous with private access! Rent your chair with umbrellas people and enjoy the day! The kids and adults loved Beauty and the Beast at the pool after the 4th of July Pool party! The fireworks on the beach were awesome as well! I could go on and on...

Great Vacation experience!

This condo is a great place for a family vacation! So close to the beach! And what a great community to be a part of! The amenities of Sunnyside are great. The pool is absolutely fabulous!! A fun place for a family...even an outside movie one night.

Perfect for families or groups

We stayed here June 4-11 with another couple and their two children(5, 5, 3, 3, 2, 1). We had an amazing time. There was enough seating for everyone in the kitchen and breakfast area, kitchen was equipped better than we expected, and we had a blast walking through the tunnel to beach. We loved how secluded the resort was and it was on the quite end of town perfect for families with young children. Grocery store and CVS are right around the corner and the wonderful Thomas Donuts is a short drive down Front Beach. The only issues we had were kids peeking over the half wall in the third loft-bedroom and some on the faucets needed repaired/replaced but that's no big at all. It would be awesome if the main floor bathroom had a handheld showerhead to hose off dirty/sandy kids before baths but again all minor things compared to the overall house. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beach get away and we look forward to making another trip in the future!
