Everything went great since the 1st day. Great staff and they had everything clean. The shower door does have a space where the water leaks and it a mess on the bathroom, but just an insignificant detail, staff made sure to dry and clean it every time

Extras I expected were not as advertised.

I expected a house coat as advertised in the picture, was not provided. When I asked about it I was told that I had to request. When I went to make a cup of coffee there were two cups but only one cup, no creamer or Splender. I made a trip downstairs for this one and she was suppose to send an employee but no one came. Lastly my room didn’t have a smart tv so I couldn’t access YouTube. I was told that only some roooms have smart tvs. I had to go to sleep without any coffee. I am not a happy camper.

This is a great location and the hotel is nice. The air and hot water work perfectly. The room is modern and clean. The service is great. If you are unfamiliar with Panamá and have more of an American expectation when lodging in hotels you will probably be happy here.

Excellent location for El Cangrejo. Property was very nice and clean. Didn’t receive any of the VIP benefits and the staff seemed to not know about them. Overall excellent stay.

This is the quietest Best Western I have ever stayed in--I wish every hotel stay was this quiet. Breakfast was good. I appreciated that they had cooked broccoli (crucerfers are not popular menu items in Panama). My husband liked that they had a European style breakfast. I enjoyed using the gym. It had everything I needed to get a good workout. Two things that detracted from my stay--there was no pool access in the a.m. as the entry to the pool is through restaurant which is closed in the morning. Secondly the hotel smells like mold; so, if you are sensitive to mold, this may not be the place for you.
