I enjoyed the different venues for having a meal, but the choices of food were limited. Some staff were not keen in customer service, they need to be informed of how important customer service is about. Also, not many activities especially during the night. Otherwise, most of our stay was fine.

I did not like that meal options were extremely limited (3 restaurants), unseasoned, entertainment was non existent. Staff did not communicate pertinent information like the key card had to be inserted to even be able to use lights, the $200 voucher had to be used a certain way and signed up for within 24 hours or else you dont get it. The attention to detail was poor, the mattress was old/dirty with stains, walls had scratches and stains, pictures on walls were crooked, the paint on the walls was uneven. The facility needs a total renovation and the star rating needs to be changed from a 5 star to a 3 or below for what's "provided". We asked for a couple of things from front desk and they were never brought up. This facility is not luxurious, we've stayed at 4 and real 5 star accommodations and this is nowhere near that. Just because the Hyatt is attached in name, does not mean it is of quality. I would not recommend this facility. It was too late to change accommodations, but if we were able, we would have. Current photos should be updated on the website so people can see what the place actually looks like.

It is a wonderful property in a fabulous location, with a beuatiful beach and majestict surrounding nature, but the property is run-down and not well maintained. The lobby and the restaurants have dirty furniture with super soiled fabric, the rooms are superficially cleaned, with dirt behind the curtains and in the corners. The furniture in the rooms is very old and very cheap and cries for an update. It is a pity since the place is wonderful and the staff friendly. With professional management and a deep cleaning and update it could be turned easily into a 5-star property.

If you want the resort vacation this is for you. Great property, amazing pool and beachfront. Only negative was it was harder then we thought to uber to the city. On the weekend it was fine but on weekdays we had multiple uber deny the request to go to the city. Eventually someone accepted but my suggestion it to pre order one the day before or give yourselves 30 mins prior to make sure someone accepts the request. Other then that, great resort

We just got back staying at this property and we enjoyed it. Four different restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff, large pools, excellent room service, tour desk. We did the all inclusive and couldn't ask anything better. Will definitely stay here again!

Not worth the money - mediocre at best!

We were made to wait at check in for one of our rooms (we arrived around 4:30pm and they were still “waiting” for confirmation on our room being ready (check in is at 3!!!) - the room we finally got 30 minutes later, had a terrible odor and the door was hard to open/close (scrapped the floor hard and loud every time we opened/closed it). Food options - limited and terrible! I get that it’s “all inclusive” but food quality sucked!! Food should not be cold every single time we tried to eat!!! Flies/nats were all over the fruit & salad bar. Pancake/waffle toppings (syrups, honey, chocolate etc…) were served /available in big bowls with spoons instead of bottles (to pour from) - (food debris and one morning, a whole pancake , were dropped into the syrup bowls) - not very hygienic or appetizing! Transport access horrible - aside from being further out from the city, hotel staff are incompetent! Requested/reserved a VAN transport to airport two days prior to our check out, triple confirmed the reservation (with the same person) the day before, the morning of and even checked out an hour early only to have to rush and scramble last minute (for an hour) trying to get the van we requested a the staff has ordered a small SUV (we were a party of four w/ large luggage and wanted to drive to the airport in comfort). Side note: Uber vehicles in Panama are SMALLER than in the USA .. the XL Ubers vehicles are mid sized suvs (might claim to be 7 passenger but no space for luggage!!!

It’s an out of the way property that doesn’t provide a shuttle from the airport. The stay is quiet, if you are booking exertions outside of the people at the hotel make sure they provide transportation. I’m not sure if it was the off season but the hotel did not have a lot of activity the was entertaining. After a while the food got tiresome and we stayed for 8 days. The people who cleaned the rooms were great. The options offered for room service were the same every night. We did enjoy the stay but felt something lacking.

Property was well maintained. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. I had to ask multiple times for some things (towels, robes). Additionally, I contacted the property in advance regarding my friend’s birthday on Saturday, 8/9. I was told amenities would be in the room. I confirmed on check in with the concierge and again with another concierge later in the day. Both said they would take care of it. On the afternoon of my friend’s birthday 8/9, I again had to go ask if anything would be done in the room. Yes eventually she did receive 2 pieces of cake. I shouldn’t have had to ask multiple times and was disappointed that the resort wasn’t able to put a banner on the door or any other decorations in the room. I was willing to pay or bring decorations had I known.
