The location of the hotel is great close walking distance to restaurants, stores, supermarkets etc. In the lobby is nice. The rooms are spacious, but the bed and the toilets are low. The entire hotel have a unpleasing smell. The gym is not gyming at all. The staffs are patient and helpful try to fix my issues. OVERALL THE PLACE NEED FIXING UP.

The service was good, but they have a humidity problem on all floors and in all rooms. I would like my money back because staying there was a headache. I ended up getting sick, both me and my wife.

Yes shops nearby...... didn't go to the bar so don't know the options.....clean room....staff pleasant.....shout out to Gabby at front desk....Raoul security and bellman and the lovely housekeeper on the 7th floor,,,don't remember her name....she was off one day and I could tell the difference......I work in hospitality so it was refreshing......only down side the light went out a couple times, even though came back immediately, the internet of course took a longer time....but was back on each time by say 5min.....I stayed for 11 nights.....

This place smells really bad like mildew and or bleach/clorox. I thought about leaving in the middle of the night to a nicer hotel. Worse hotel ever. I couldn’t sleeping all night thinking it was carbon monoxide. The staff is great and amazing. Breakfast is okay. Don’t stay at this hotel unless you want an uncomfortable stay. No bath Towels in a lot of rooms. No Fridge, No Water, dirty bathtub, and just big empty cabinets. The room looked very old and outdated.

This is the dirties hotel I could ever describe. Expedia kindly help me to relocate. The bath tub was just sooo dirty... the carpets, the courtains... no phones to call room service.... and a terrible smell of urine in the rooms... roaches and etc. Honestly this place shouldnt be operating.... the only good thing was the staff.... very extremelly kind.... they tried their best to assist me and help me out .. I had to leave at 4:30 am...

The location couldn’t be better. It’s safe walkable lots of dining options. Great for transportation. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is old and run down but even so because of the location, safe walkable, and all the other reasons I would stay there again even though the rooms need lots of attention.

The location is convenient, the pool is small but cozy, the coffee bar is terrific. The property is run-down, everything is worn. From carpets to doors, everything looks and feels like 50 years old. There is no safe, minibar, microwave, or kettle in the rooms. Some of the beds have no headboard.

Stay at one of the best locations

My stay was a great experience; the staff were very friendly. The place was welcoming, needs a bit of renovations or updates but my husband and I felf comfortable, and the pool is nice, it has a good view as well as the room. The location was the best ever, very accessible to move around the city.

I went to the hotel with like four suitcases and no one helped me to go up to my room..the fridge in the room wasn’t working, I complained, they did nothing,, the breakfast was not it.. every morning just egg a little to no option plus the hotel had a terrible smell.. I would definitely not recommend !!
