The place was in a convenient location. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and tentative. The food was very good. The room was large and the maid service clean the room twice a day, but never bothered us. Highly recommend the property.

Best. Hotel. Ever.

I’d I could give this a hotel a 20/10 I would. Everything about it is exquisite. The staff and service are impeccable-everyone remembers your name. The property is absolutely incredible and they do free nightly hotel tours where they teach you about the history of the hotel and panama and the canal and then there is a folkloric dance and candle lighting. The pool is beyond perfection. All of the dining options are fantastic and you must try each one. The location is great! Walkable, history, shops, dining, history etc. I was devastated to leave.

Beautiful hotel, the only 2 details was that we arrived at 12:00 and the room was not ready ready until 3:00 pm, and the wifi is really bad, one day we couldn’t watch tv, but the staff, restaurants, they are very friendly, we had a dinner at Caleta, and it was an amazing experience,and delicious, nice room, comfy bed, ocean front balcony, very safe area, the pool very clean, nice and relaxing, thanks Sofitel it was a really good choice to stay there

An Awesome and Amazing Experience

By Far this has been the best hotel stay of my life; Pricey but worth Every Dime Spent, The Welcoming Staff, The Concierge, The Room Attendants, and The Caleta Restaurant. I don’t know who the Captain of tvis establishment but these employees are to be commended. Jesus, Marilyn, Denisse and Luis in fact everyone working in the Caleta was Superb!!!

Beautiful property, great service

It’s a beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional. The pool area and the views are very special. I would also like to commend some of the staff who were most helpful and friendly during my stay. Julissa in room service was very friendly and genuinely committed to her guests, a smiling face to greet me each morning. Jesus at the front desk and Shaun both went above and beyond to help answer my questions and replace a lost key. The staff represent the hotel and the warm and friendly country of Panama very well.
