This is my favorite place to stay due to the cozy, clean feeling along with the walkable nature of the area.There is a large and newly renovated gym and a sauna and pool. The onsite restaurant has good food options and a lovely staff.

Room was clean though a wash rag and face towel was missing. Problem was solved. Saff was wonderfu. In an emergency we had to use their driver Rubin to get us to airport after Uber failed to honor our prearranged trip request. They almost made us late.

Really lovely space to spend my 5 days in Panama. Very clean property and having my room cleaned daily was a plus. Breafast was also good. Not a huge variety but it worked for me and my sister.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The hotel offers excellent value and an unbeatable location in the business district, which makes getting around incredibly easy. It’s comfortable, convenient, and delivers far more than you’d expect at this price point. Service was generally good, though at times it felt like the restaurant, bar, pool/common areas, and room service weren’t fully aligned. Nothing major, but with a bit more attentiveness and coordination, the guest experience could shine even more. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. A few small enhancements over time would make them even better, but they were perfectly fine as they are. Overall, a great stay at a great price. With minor improvements in service flow, this hotel has everything it needs to stand out as a top option in the area.

We felt neglected while we're stranded because of hurricane we paid full price for rooms so we were entitled to a great experience. The room was unkept and they were doing painting and maintenance we had to step over tarps and paint
