Pros: walkable location, felt safe, great breakfast, nice view from room. Cons: weird big window between bathroom and bed lit up bed if bathroom light was turned on; room electricity kept going out due to motion sensor (hotel staff said nothing could be done, though they disable this at night - hotel staff generally didn't seem to be trying); advertised free mall shuttle is one-way (yes you heard that right). Also a note to the hotel: mini fridge in sealed cabinet gets very hot. Needs ventilation.

First room had a strong smell of cigarette however we were immediately moved to a different room, clean and larger. The sraff is always welcoming and courteous. The hotel is in a walkable area, near restaurants and the subway.

10/10 from the moment I stepped in I were in aww of the place, was greeted with the most wonderful staff who checked me in and got me sorted. When I got to the room it was cleaned and cozy, different breakfast options everyday that were really delicious. Restaurants and shops were in walking distance if I felt like eating something different. Only thing I didn’t like was the mini fridge was hot, it wasn’t getting anything I putted in there cool or cold
